Returns and Exchanges
At Lumi, it is our mission at is to ship products and provide services of only the highest quality.
As we are are still amidst a pandemic and due to issues of hygiene, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges. All Lumi items are a final sale.
Place your order and select “Local Pickup at Vancouver" at checkout free of charge.
Orders will be ready for pick up within 48 hours from the time order was placed.
You will receive an email when your order is ready for pick up. Once you receive the "Ready for Pick Up" email (Check your inbox and spam folder) please text or DM us on Instagram @itslumi.com to let us know the exact time you will pick up your order.
Call ahead for rush orders. If we are unable to pick up the phone, please text or leave a message. 778-886-5892 . Please call ahead if you are picking up near closing times. Closing hours may vary if there are classes in session.

General Shipping Details
Lumi reserves the right to ship orders via Canada Post at any time, at its discretion. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been shipped, with tracking numbers.
All orders are are typically processed and shipped within 48-72 hours on orders made during weekdays.
Lumi is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or any Return to Sender shipments if the incorrect shipping address is provided and/or failure to sign for your package. Should the order be retuned to us, we will refund the value of contents minus a 20% restocking fee. The shipping fee is non-refundable. The client is responsible for paying all extra shipping costs.
Shipping Within Canada
Canada Wide Shipping via Canada Post. If you are in the Canada and you order $100 or more in products you will receive FREE Canada Post* shipping.
All shipping charges will automatically be determined by our Canada Post Shipping Calculator.
*USA, Hawaii, Alaska and other International shipping are subject to increased charges.
International Shipping Customs Fee
Lumi is not responsible for any additional customs charges or fees once your package has been shipped. Any import duties, taxes or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the responsibility of the customer who purchased the order.
If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned to us and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs.
Weekend and Holiday Shipping
All orders placed on weekends (Saturday or Sunday) and orders placed on Federal Holidays (also including, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve) will be processed on the next business day following the weekend or holiday(s).
Damaged, Wrong and/or Missing items
If your package and/or product has been damaged during shipping, and/or have received the wrong item. A replacement can be requested within 10 business days (from the date of purchase) to qualify for a replacement. Please DM us photos/videos @itslumi.com on Instagram and we will gladly assist you and start a replacement request. After 10 days replacements or compensation will not be provided after 10 business days
