Will eyelash extensions ruin my natural lashes?
No, eyelash extensions will not ruin your natural eyelashes, only improper application will ruin your natural lashes. When applied correctly eyelash extensions will not hurt your natural lashes or cause premature shedding.
Eyelash shedding is part of the natural lash life cycle. The average person has 90-120 lashes on each eye. Each eye on average shed 3 lashes per day, so in 1 week, you lose about 21 lashes, 2 weeks, 42 lashes, 3 weeks 63 lashes, you get the idea, right?

CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY: I understand that situations arise in which you must cancel your appointment. As a courtesy, appointment reminders are sent out 48 hours by text.
If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged 50% of your service as a cancellation fee.
If you no show your appointment of your scheduled appointment time, you will be charged 100% of your service as a cancellation fee.
This is to protect your time that is set aside for you, as well as to protect my time which books up quickly. In turn, I promise to keep our appointments on time, give your my full attention and of course the best lash work Vancouver has to offer!
PAYMENT: Gratuities are greatly appreciated, but never required. Cash, credit, debit and e-transfers are all accepted.
REFUND: Although I do not offer refunds on my services, we will do everything we can to achieve your satisfaction, provided you inform us within 24 hours of the service. A free removal is granted if you are unsatisfied with your eyelash extensions. (But I think you'll love them!)
