Here at Lumi, we take the health and safety of all my clients very seriously.

We have finalized and met the WorkSafe BC COVID-19 protocols and guidelines. There are rigorous safety and sterilization procedures already put in place and we will continue to practice these high safety standards by implementing these health and safety protocols. 

Extra time and care will be taken to regularly disinfect and clean all touched surfaces and areas in the entire room, along with all equipment that will be sanitized, disinfected and sterilized prior to each clients arrival and of course hand hygiene with frequent hand washing.

 We will be going 100% paperless and are updating our new health history, COVID-19 screening, consultation and consent forms are added to the new regulations. There is a form that you will need to fill out prior to every appointment. (Including fill appointments)  ​

If you have ANY symptoms of sickness INCLUDING ALLERGIES, or traveled outside of BC or had been in contact with concerned people, please cancel your appointment and wait at least 2 weeks. If you arrive with any kind of sickness or cold like symptoms including allergies. We will have to kindly deny service and will reschedule you 2 weeks later. All late cancelation fees will be waived from now on. ​

All lash artists/ any beauty professional are welcome to use this protocol/guideline for their own services. We are all in this together! ​
